Ingredients:
1 tsp. finely minced shallot
1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tbs. apple cider vinegar
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine ingredients in small bowl with whisk.
