Roasted Vegetables

Simple and quick
Good for Phase 1 -4


2 cups brussels sprouts cut in half*
1 tsp lemon infused olive oil

minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste


Toss ingredients together and roast at 350F for 30 minutes

Serving Suggestions:

Serve warm from the oven

*Not a fan of Brussel Sprouts? Roast Asparagus, Cauliflower, or any other vegetable
of your choosing!
