Rotini Pasta w/ Veggies and Egg

Simple and easy
Good for Phase 1 – 4


1 package of  Ideal Protein Rotini or Tomato Basil Rotini
2 cups broccoli
1.5 cups mushrooms
.5 cups roasted tomatoes
1 Egg
.5 tsp Olive Oil


Cook Rotini as per directions on box.
Saute vegetables in olive oil until tender.
Add egg to sautéed vegetables and scramble until done.

Serving Suggestions:

Add Rotini to vegetables and egg and
serve over a bed of lettuce.
Season with sea salt to taste.
