Wildberry Oatmeal Muffins

Simple and easy
Good for Phase 1 – 4


1 Ideal Protein Wildberry Yogurt
1 Ideal Protein Oatmeal
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 egg white
1/4 cup water (use more if mix is too tacky)


Preheat oven to 350
Grease mini muffin pan with olive oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Pour mix into greased muffin pan cups but only fill cups half way
Bake 15-20 minutes being careful not to over cook

anytime during the day.

Makes 12 mini-muffins which counts as 2 Ideal Protein restricted meals; i.e. 6 mini-muffins
equals 1 Ideal Protein restricted meal
