Good for Phase 1 – 4
1 packet Ideal Protein Crispy Cereal
2 egg whites or 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon and/or nutmeg to taste (optional)
Crush the Crispy Cereal with a rolling pin.
Mix crushed Crispy Cereal with other Ingredients in small bowl.
Add water until mix reaches desired consistency.
Cook in preheated pan as you would cook traditional pancakes.
Serve warm for breakfast.
