Good for Phase 1 – 4
1 head of cauliflower (fresh)
Spray can of Olive Oil
Garlic salt (optional)
Soy sauce (optional)
Grate cauliflower into small rice size pieces.
Option 1: Boil cauliflower pieces until tender.
Option 2: Sautee cauliflower pieces sprayed lightly with
olive oil until tender and golden brown.
Season cauliflower pieces with salt, garlic salt,
pepper and/or soy sauce to taste.
Serve warm under natural protein or as a side dish with
