Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Simple and quick
Good for phases 1-4

Ingredients:

1 Jar of Roasted Red Peppers
3-4 Large cauliflower florets
Salt
Garlic
Basil
1/2 Pkt. Splenda

Directions:

Step 1. Drain the jar of roasted red peppers
Step 2. Steam the cauliflower to soften completely
Step 3. Blend all of the ingredients above adding the spices to taste

Serving Suggestions:

Use as a dip for your vegetables, or Garlic and Herb Soy Crisps
Use as a sauce to top your IP Rotini
